We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. Research
We are looking for Machine Learning Scientists with deep expertise in multimodal understanding and reasoning—spanning text, images, video, and structured documents. The role involves working across modalities to tackle tasks such as cross-modal grounding, instruction-following, retrieval-augmented generation, and spatiotemporal activity recognition. Candidates should be skilled in designing novel training objectives, fine-tuning vision-language models, and evaluating reasoning capabilities in real-world settings. Experience in multimodal fine-tuning and reasoning is highly valued, particularly in the context of building agentic AI systems that can perceive, interpret, and act on complex multimodal inputs.
